LDT was established in 1984 and shortly after its inception acquired Central & Provincial Management (CPM), one of the first corporate real estate advisory consultancies, formed out of the property division of the Bowater Corporation.  This provided the structure and expertise to grow the business and to add value to LDT’s property assets.

CPM was merged with two competing corporate real estate advisors in 2008, after 30 years of trading independently, to form Trilogie CRE.

LDT’s main subsidiary, Devonshire Homes, has grown organically to become one of the strongest independent house-builders in Devon and continues to achieve the highest standards in the industry.

In the last five years LDT has reinvigorated its industrial development activities, particularly in the South West.

We fully intend to continue to build on our successful track record as a leading developer in the industrial sector trading in the South West.
