Devonshire House
Location: Mayfair London W1
A substantial mixed use building over-looking Green Park in the heart of Mayfair. Originally constructed in 1926 the building was substantially refurbished in 1982 by Land Securities PLC. By 2003 the common areas were tired, plant at the end of its life, and the lettable areas in need of a major refit.
A complete renewal of the major landlord’s plant in the building was undertaken, tenants moved around, space refurbished and new rental highs were achieved.
