David Heathcoat-Amory is a Chartered Accountant and worked for BET plc and the British Technology Group before entering parliament. He was a government minister for eight years, serving in the Foreign Office and as Paymaster General in the Treasury. David has been a director of LDT since its formation, and non-executive chairman since 2006.

Daniel has over 15 years’ experience in both commercial and residential development. Prior to joining LDT Daniel was property director at Montpellier Group Plc. Daniel has been largely responsible for restructuring LDT over the last 5 years and reinvigorating its industrial development division. Daniel has overall responsibility for the Group and its development activities.

Darren has senior management experience across a variety of sectors and is the Group Finance Director.  Prior to joining LDT Darren was Finance Director of Pegasus Retirement Homes.

James has over 30 years experience in both commercial and residential development.  Prior to joining LDT James had worked with clients including Citi, CIT, Land Securities, Schroders, UK Real Estate, LDA, Development Securities.
James is responsible for Central London and South East office sectors.

Rebecca has over 6 years experience in commercial development and asset management.  Prior to joining LDT Rebecca was a development surveyor at SEGRO plc. Rebecca is responsible for the management, redevelopment and leasing/sales at Mid Devon Business Park.  Following LDT’s appointment by CBREi and LaSalle Investment Management, Rebecca also works as an Asset Manager on behalf of our clients to maximise value from identified assets.
