Rt Hon David Heathcoat Amory
Chairman
David served as a Government minister for 8 years, and was an MP for 27 years until 2010. He has been a director of LDT since 1984, and Chairman since 2007. He is a Chartered Accountant and has formerly worked for BET plc and the British Technology Group before entering parliament.
Owen O'Callaghan
Finance Director
Owen brings over 30 years of financial management experience in commercial and residential property development, management and investment to LDT. He was formerly Finance Director for Capita Symonds Real Estate division, Royal Westmoreland Barbados and the Longford Group.
Peter Cobb
Non-Executive Director
Peter brings over 30 years of senior Board level experience with major companies specialising principally in residential and mixed use development. He was formerly with Fairview New Homes Plc and McCarthy and Stone. Peter is an Architect by profession.
Edward Heathcoat Amory
Non-Executive Director
Edward is a partner of freud communications. He worked at the Daily Mail for ten years, as a political commentator and advisor to the editor. He has been a political advisor to the Conservative Party, assistant editor of the Spectator magazine and director of studies for the Centre for Policy Studies think tank. He is on the steering committee for Ashoka UK, the social entrepreneur network.
Harry Heathcoat Amory
Non-Executive Director
Harry has over 15 years of experience in commercial property.He is a Founding Partner of Blue Noble LLP, a global real estate investment management business based in London.He was previously a Director at HSBC Alternative Investments having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Savills in 2002.
